Data collected and purposes
When you order: name, email, phone number if provided, delivery and billing address — needed to perform the sales contract (legal basis: performance of a contract). When you send a contact message: name, email, message content (legal basis: legitimate interest in replying). First-party audience measurement: pseudonymised IP address (non-reversible hash), pages viewed (legal basis: legitimate interest). Third-party advertising and measurement cookies: only with your consent.
Cookies and trackers
Audience measurement and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) are only set after you consent via the banner. You can refuse without any effect on browsing and withdraw your consent at any time. Consent is valid for 13 months. Payment is processed by Stripe, which may set its own strictly necessary cookies. Your language and currency choices are stored in functional cookies.
Recipients and processors
Stripe (secure payment), Railway (hosting), Brevo (transactional emails), and the carrier and logistics partner responsible for delivering your order. No data is sold to third parties. Some processors may be located outside the EU; transfers are then governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Retention periods
Order and billing data: 10 years (accounting obligation). Contact messages: 3 years after the last exchange. Audience measurement data: 25 months maximum.
Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability (Articles 15 to 22 GDPR). To exercise them: contact@pyjamamonstre.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
